STUDIO HIGHCREST Helen Munro and Dianne Horvath – 35 Highcrest Ave, Binalong Bay
Helen is passionate about pastels and loves sharing this with visitors to her studio as part of this event. A visit to Helen’s studio will allow you to meet this award winning artist and view her superb rocky seascapes and landscapes influenced by the area in which she lives and her travels. She will provide the opportunity for little kids (and big kids too) to experiment with the pastels she works with.
According to Helen, “The natural environment inspires texture, abstract shape, a unique perspective and a contemporary interpretation – a social comment.”

Dianne Horvath
In 2005, after much encouragement from husband Steve, Dianne built up the courage to go to a pastel art class at Priory. She was hooked! After moving several times and joining art groups along the way, Dianne and Steve returned to St Helens in 2013. Dianne currently enjoys being a student of Helen Munro as well as part of an art group that meets at St Helens Neighbourhood House.
